In addition to his parents Gene was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and a sister, Edna Mae Hurtarto of Kansas City, Kansas. His granddaughters are Haley Richmond, Kathryn (Dustin) Bachtel, Kristina (Tim) Vinson, and Kara (Shane) Kressing. Gene is survived by his wife, Regina, of the home, and three children: David Webber of Las Vegas, Nevada, Rhonda (Tom) Holck of Waukee, Iowa, and Debbie (Mark) Ramsey of Salisbury, Missouri. Gene was a Mason and a member of the Keytesville Christian Church. Gene had an easy smile and calm disposition. He liked to hunt and fish and took great joy in attending the sporting events of grandchildren. He loved yard work, building furniture, and doing wood working. Gene was an avid dirt track race driver in his younger years and raced on tracks in north Missouri and southern Iowa. He then drove grain trucks and dump trucks for about 5 years. Robert spent most of his working career as manager for Dalton Grain Elevator in Dalton, Missouri, and retired at age 65 after 38 years with that company. He married Regina McHenry in Lancaster, Missouri, on May 25, 1954. Robert Eugene Webber was born in Unionville, Missouri, on January 10, 1934, the son of Arthur and Nellie (Ervin) Webber, who preceded him in death.
